In this lecture we prove that the existence of a one-way function implies the existence of a false entropy. It was shown in the previous lecture that this implies the existence of a pseudorandom generator. The construction presented in this lecture is uniform. The structure of this lecture is as follows: For the sake of self containment we include in section 1 some definitions and results presented in previous lectures. In section 2 we formally state the result and prove it assuming the existence of some special families of one-way functions. In section 3 we prove the result assuming the existence of any one-way functions.
